Thanks for putting this up , man I cannot believe I been my whole life and never heard this before, listened to Neil since the 70's , even met him a few years ago, but somehow this passed me by. At the moment, this is the finest piece of guitar music I can think of, I'm obsessed with it, listen to it all day every day just about. Yours is way the best version on here Mr Vinyl, so nice one! Oh and yeah Cortez was a f*&^ing Killer ok?

Very nice. The AT440MLa cartridge is one of the best MM type in the market. A MM sounds like an MC. Great sound.

From the 1975 LP "Zuma"I've found out that somewhere on the internet, the lyrics of this song are not free of controversy.I'm not sure if this lyrics are a hundred percent accurate, from a historical point of view. But if that is the case, i prefer to think that Neil Young just took some artistic and creative freedom, and that he was not trying to give us a history lesson.Anyway, I like this song. It's a guitar feast.

About History: Cortés was not Alexander the great or Julius Caesar either. ¿400 people destroyed an Entire Empire? nah!
