I got married for the first time three years ago at the age of 46. She is the most... Sorry for your loss. Stay strong for her. Loved ones are never really far away

Dedicated to the memory of my wife, Frances Mae Wilson (Nov. 1954-Feb.1998), the woman who gave me exceeding happiness and love.

Splendid rendition of a song that her father mastered as well. Great music just never dies.........

@Engsings I am so very happy for you and your siblings to have had the pleasure and priviledge to acutally have the opportunity to play on a Baby Grand Piano and a Harp! I having grown up in Spanish Harlem did not have that priviledge; however, I did have the priviledge of growing up with a MOTHER who would not and did not allow our circumstance to stand in the way of our exposure to great music, literature or art! MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN VERY BLESSED

I've actually heard Edie Gorme's rendition and it is wonderful as well....The SONG itself is simply BEAUTIFUL! My Mother also exposed my Older Sister and Brother to much good music. I grew up with a Baby Grand Piano and a Harp in the livingroom. My sister plays the Harp and has since she was three years of age. My Mother is also resting in what I chose to believe is peace...so it appears we certainly have a connection you and I.l Thank you so much for the positive contact. Much Love, England

@Engsings I thank you for your exuberant response to my comment. Try, if you can, to listen to the original recording by Edie Gorme. Then really listen to the Natalie Cole rendition to really appreciate both! I am so very happy to have been exposed to this and many great recordings by my beloved mother who shared her eclectic taste, knowledge, and passion for GOOD MUSIC with me as a young girl! May SHE forever REST IN PEACE! Blessings to you and yours now and always! july1656

I first heard the original recording of this song by Edie Gorme when I was a young girl and never forgot it. Natalie Cole does this song justice. For those of you who heard the original recording, I WISH YOU LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!july1656
