He was killed by the tsunami in thailand december 2004. After that the band broke up and released one Best-Of- (Grind Finale) and one Live Album (Doombringer). The Live-Album was recorded at the last tour in japan.

I'm not massive on blast beats anymore if I'm honest (I prefer old school thrash metal) but Nasum sound simply too devastating to not own any of their albums. Alongside Napalm Death's "Utopia Banished" and "F.E.T.O", Nasum's "Shift" is easily the best grindcore album EVER.14 years ago
