@spacepatrolman It *was* a hit for Bacharach; he wrote the music. The title of this album is "Burt Bacharach Plays His Hits" and that includes the compositions that he did for the various singers. Without his (and Hal David's) creations in the first place then the songs would not have become hits, would they?!
