But no, I think you're misunderstanding what I'm getting at. I'll put it like this; A karate student takes his classes every day for ten years, becomes a black belt. You'd say he got the talent/skill from doing it for a while, right? Well, what about the student who took the classes just as long but wasn't a black belt?

And yeah, you can compare Slipknot to Mushroomhead as they're the same genre and style of music. There's a difference between comparing a Death Metal band to a Pop singer obviously. I didn't think I'd need to elaborate on that at all.

You might as well be one of the people who goes to Justin Bieber videos and comments saying, 'Justin Bieber sucks, Cannibal Corpse is waaaaay better'. You can't compare the two because they're nothing alike. You can practice something all your life and still suck at it, you don't just get better at it cause it's been a long time.
