I don't want you to think I'm mad but let me talk about the feeling I catch whilst listening to this band. Whichever they write is amazing and it drives me crazy, maybe I've been one of their keenest fans but that initial spark still keeps alive inside my heart. Deep down my nature relates to Matt's band because of the outstanding voice and even for the effort they put at mingling rock with electronic which is a thorough process. This process is something risky and troublesome and they utterly prove to be brave and capable to get into this kind of weird experiment. This band has so many references and so many elements to relate to, it mainly considers the world, the love and the desperation (MOTP) but it recently turned into a new vent of emotions; indeed I'm not so proud of their latter album and I don't deem it a decent work, it might have stuck to some new visions and to some different approaches, that's a sort of lack of inspiration or their dedication is quickly fading away. I don't want to leave anything out concerning the blockbuster career they brought out because several bands didn't succeed, it's tough when you may not separate private and public life and when you have a short period of time for focusing on the new stuff and for scooping out ideas. The 2nd law draws a scary and irrefutable line between their former career and their new style and I can't spot their originality in this album, it looks a commercial work altogether, it was pulled off without that bravery and that perfection the band had run till then.

What I meaned: like waht you want, but there is an actual fact, the actual music of the band is not what it used to be. You can call it an evolution on their atyle, but that "evolution" is just a pathetic try to integrate actual music tendencies to their sound. What every band need is innovation, The 2nd Law is not innovation. Actual inovation is to follow your same sound that defined as a band with an actual improvement that raises the quality of your work.

You get me worng. Still, I'm sorry but I don't find any sense on calling ourselves "Musers" there's no need for a label. I love music and I know when a change of paths on a band's music career is wrong. Many of the songs on the new Muse album include a wide participation of Morgan on the synth, well that's cool, it's just that Muse was not an actual alternative rock band full of synth interventions and current electronic music tendencies. They used to rock and pull some nice psychodelia.

Being a real muser is accepting their choice in wanting to change their sound and not judge them for it. And btw, their new music is great,it's just the same as their older stuff but with a new sound to it. Supremacy,Panic Station,Madness and Big Freeze (and unsustainable) is new but the rest of the songs on the 2nd law is more like their old stuff actually. And what do you mean? That I SHOULD dislike their new album? I love it,not just because it's Muse, but because it's great.

Real muser? This is not about following a group of guys playing instruments, this is about following the quality of music.

What I meant is that a real fan respects if they want to try something new,and don't start hating the band for that reason. They decide what they want to do,it's their music and nobody should judge them for wanting to try something new. I love their new music,it's not like their old stuff but it's really good.Matt still writes songs in the same way as before, they just put another sound to it. If you say it's shit, you obviously don't listen to the lyrics and that's not being a fan.

That's not fan, that's a stupid that loves everything of these three guys, even the shit.

What's wrong with that one? A real muser loves everything Muse does,at least likes it.
