This song also makes me think of a desert-like environment. In the Bible that is an element or symbol of sin and wher live goes to die (what a lucky guess). It is described to contain she-demons who eat souls. Is that possibly where these "puppets" get themselves into, facing their own reality being consumed for the pleasure of others? And battling for the one slight hint of survival. Great work of art Muse! I sure do hope you don't get pushed beyond limit. :)

I love this song. When I pay attention to the lyrics, I think about the "puppets" (actors, singers, celebrities, artists) being taken advantage by the leaders of the industry, and exploited by them. Hence the lyrics "controlling my feelings far too long" referring having to be hushed by the industry with threats. "Pushing us into self destruction" being pushed beyond limit to many mental disorders due to fame "dream you dream/scream your screams" living/ dying for the industry.

Good vid. Fall in love with You tube due to this sort of stuff. My cousin used to be bullied. He stated he was gonna get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until out of the blue he packed on 40lbs of full-strength muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google). He doesn't get bullied nowadays. I personally signed up a few days ago. Plus the mans emails are great!
