There's inspiration and then blatant copying. And actually if he was alive he would be allowed to sue him, as his music was copyrighted during his lifetime by the publishers of the manuscript. But he's dead, so I get your point. My issue isn't with the legal aspects, it's just with being annoyed by someone as talented as Matt Bellamy being as lazy as this.
