when i hear muse there's only a smile on my face and their lyrics from my voice (all though i can't sing) my friend dised them at first but then i got them to shut up and listen to them for half an hour now there listening to it just as much as i am :)all though i do like the animals and ffdp vision this is clearly thebest house of the rising sun :D

One of the first songs I heard from them, their THORS sounded so different and "evil", it really surprised me. So I kept listening more of Muse: I began with b-sides to full albums (so funny to say actually).This was six years ago.

Yeah I agree with alex. It feels like this singers soul has been locked up inside and never spoken and pressure builds builds and builds until the release is on the mic. Great vibrato man! great band.

wow i didn't exept that....It's really loud, and I really had trouble to recognize the melody at first but I think Matthew Bellamy sing very well as usualy (even if he yelles litlle bit too much ^^'). I 'll not say it's bad because i'm not a professional but i don't like this music and i'm a fan, anyways if you want a good versoin of "House Of The Rising Sun" click on The White Buffalo for me it's the best version (and i said FOR ME so do not bark on me if you're not agree with me)

This is purely Muse just messing about with sound a bit in my opinion as they can play this a lot "better" e.i. more like The Animals version as they always play the intro live just before they play Time Is Running Out, saw it myself, was brill.
