And at the same time, Beethoven (and many others like Mozart, Schubert, Liszt and so on) would sound like Muse, Queen or similar Rock bands. People always seem to forget that Rock and Classical go well together, and that the legendary composers back then were basically Rock stars. Hell, look up paintings of Beethoven and so on. Guys looked like Rockers with their long hair. Heck, Paganini had groupies before anybody else :P.

yuck. They completely botched this up. They drowned the melody in drums and weak ass strings. This is a western song, where's the brass?

@neowilliams i would have thought it was about a man who is always dreaming about the wrong decisions he made in life - leading to his demise and those around him. i just think he's trying to tell those who follow this lifestyle not to follow it, and in the midst of the lyrics, shares his experience of what he's done, and how he feels about it. but what he's done, i just can't interprate. may be if you link it to the lyrics of 'Soldier's poem', it would make more sense.
