It's simple,really. There's more pain than joy, more tears than laughter and more hide than seek in this world. What you would describe as hateful or angry music vents these emotions or feelings for a lot of individuals. It is, however, not "less" than positive music, it simply appeals to a different crowd with different emotional needs. Dude, like I'm a teenager at this high school and my friends love this. I tripped across this genre of rap a few days ago and I've been digging it ever since. I get around at my school so I'mma try to spread this. I'm lovin this beat. "northwest rap" or "inspirational" "metaphorical whatever. I love this more than the lil wayne crap.

How is this not the popular rap music that's played in every high school kids stereo? I don't understand the fascination with these rapper killer thugs, spewing hate out their mouths when there's music like this that can be played just as loud and with more emotion. Music with a positive message is always put on the back burner, and that I will never understand.
