Hah! Not a problem at all! Always glad to help. Don't forget that little Em shape either. Also, just figured out the tuning on the Violitionist "Three Men Hanging" if you were curious. It is just E standard with a flatted G string haha it looks like he is fretting chords but he is using some of his finger as a stop.

YUP! Perfect. Thank you so much. I was right about the chords, but tuned 2 full steps down he's just playing C D (C form with open strings), and G. Hurrah!

Which, C standard may fit the cello better seeing as the lowest string is tuned to C? He bounces around from D standard, E standard, and C. Depends on the song. Usually plays your basic E standard guitar chord structures, just lower. :) Hope that helped

He is tuned down 2 whole steps to C standard. The No Oath, No Spell video he has the capo on the 4th fret because that song is tuned E standard, key of Em I believe. Tunes down for the voice, it is much easier that way.

This is beautiful. The original is great enough but this is just wonderful.

GUITARISTS: The chords, as far as I can tell, are Ab Bb Eb (Or G A D with a capo on the first fret), then Ab Eb Cm, then back to Ab Bb Eb. My question for you is: what the hell chord forms is he using? Or is he in a strange tuning? Because whatever he's doing does NOT look like that. (I may also be going off the cello part, which is 100% what I wrote)

I think Cash was just floating around until he found the right person to possess. He didn't always sing like this. It was around In Bocca al Lupo that he started to sing this way, which they started writing about a year after Johnny died. :p
