Love how the awesome synths get cranked then pulled back at just the right times in this song.

Two were originally from Arizona, one from Nebraska and one I think from Cali. I think 2 still live in the LA area.

Oh yes! Richard Page is currently touring with Ringo Starr! Mr. Mister broke up I think in 1989 or '90. Their last album, "Pull" came out in 2010 finally, after 20 years of waiting for it!! Their company rejected it in '90 and we thought we'd never heard it. Richard has also put out some solo albums. Just type in his name.

Previously, I had only heard 2 or 3 songs from them on the radio, but the more I find online, the more I see that everything they put out is dynamite! Thanks for posting.

funny it was tuff to be an up and coming christian band back in the eightys, no one wanted god we all chased money and crap, now 25 yrs later where is the crap but when we hear one of these songs play we instantly go right back to that time in our lives. is the lead singer still with us?

@The235528 Yeah their synths are haunting. I remember even Broken Wings sounded spooky to me when I was a kid.

@jtm101583 The keyboard reminds me of a scary game like Resident Evil 2.

I've just discovered this tune, and I .... LOVE IT! It's so hypnotic, with a haunting sound that touches my soul. What a perfect example of 80s music at its best. Mr. Mister are awesome.

Are these guys Californian or Canadian? They could sound like they're from either place.

I remember them on The Alan Thicke Show back in the early 80s. They played this, Code of Love and Talk the Talk...absolutely blew me away, they sounded so good. Finding that album (cassette) back then was about as hard as it is now :P

After hearing and watching a lot of Mr. Mister's music and performances, I came to the conclusion that Richard Page holds sort of a "Sting" essence to the work. The Police and Mr. Mister are 2 totally different bands, but share some musical similarities. Or, maybe it's just me.

First time listening to this track. Instantly awesome in my opinion. Richard Page and the gang kill on every song they put out.
