It's from the (first) Moviola album (the above still is from the second album) and the theme is called Moviola and was indeed intended as the main theme to The Prince Of Tides until Barry and Babs fell out! and Barry left - glad we get to hear it - it's also contained within one cue to the IMAX film Across The Sea Of Time also composed by John Barry.
