No matter how many times I listen to this song, and to this day, I will always feel, rock and roll is forever ! I do prefer the studio version, however, I will take what I can get. Thank you for posting,Sal Z.

Keep the Beatles, Mountain's versions of this timely classic are all you need to aid your Rock n Roll summertime blues! And this live version is the "best of the Beethovens!!"

This takes me back a bit! One of my favourite Bands from the early 70's. I was lucky enough to see some great Guitarists, but Leslie West was class, for a big guy with fat fingers he certainly could play some mean Guitar, and is up there with the best. Felix Pappalardi was brilliant on Bass too.....watching them compete on duets was truly awesome.

West on his best. This url youtube.com/watch?v=TQ5q-boJtt0 shows him sick and not in healthy shape, but the guitar is fantastic. Have fun.

They did the "Climbing" album live at the 2nd Atlanta Pop Festival. I went down front to get close when some country said " that ol hawg's gonna get into something heavy & when he does he's gonna wallow in it". Felix, leslie & corky lang on the drums. Leslie played 6 months later as west, bruce & lang...dunno what happened to felix

YOU ARE CORRECT!!! HERE IS HOW THAT WENT-IN REFERENCE TO STEVE KNIGHT ABD ANY OTHER KEYBOARDIST(EXCEPT WHEN JACK BRUCE OR PAPPALLARDI PLAYED PIANO OR ORGAN)FELIX BROUGHT IN STEVE KNIGHT AND LESLIE ASKED HIM WHY, AND FELIX SAID HE DID'NT WANT ANYONE TO THINK THEY WERE COPYING CREAM, IN TYPICAL NEW YORKER FASHION/ATTITUDE HE SAID WHO GIVES A SHIT WHAT ANYONE THINKS!!! I LAUGHED MY ASS OFF WHEN I READ IT!
