This song is invasive, it permeates my brain, but I'm entirely okay with it. On every level there is; I love it

I've noticed that this type of music is played on DI.fm on Eclectronica channel. Maybe this type of contemporary electronic music could fall into a genre of eclectronica (Eclectic music or something similar) and then it could branch out into sub-genres like it's been happening with Rock, Hip-Hop, Dance, House and etc. then it would be much easier to sort, categorise music. However no one seems to do that, even labels on soundcloud stopped tagging their music.

Seems like you're one of the very few that seem to understand what genres and sub-genres are good for.

I understand if people aren't fans of categorising music according to labels, but you've gotta see that the appeal is the ability to find similar music! Genres have their place in defining the music you listen to, for the purpose of showing others, or for the purpose of helping you discover new and good music.
