Mott the Hoople performed this version of Neil Young's "Ohio" at Fairfield Halls in Croydon, England, on September 13, 1970. Young wrote the song after members of the Ohio National Guard opened fire on students at Kent State University in Ohio on May 4, 1970, kiling four students and wounding nine others.
