I agree. It helps when the interviewer asks interesting questions, that the interviewee hasn't been asked a million times over. For instance, If one more interviewer asks Ozzy about biting the head off of a bat or a dove, I'll go insane! Anyway, my long winded point, is that, I agree with you.
