Honestly, I feel like a fuck for saying that, I've become so attached to this albumn now.. it's not as good as commit, but it's great <3 :)

This band is great regardless of any change that anyone see's in them, I ADORE them because they were basically unknown underdogs who created a band with 5 members instead of the conventional 4. Not to mention all of their songs are songs which I feel as though they were written for the average joe's of America, like myself so (not relating to the album) GO MCS GO! and keep going, making awesome music

Oh, your literal interpretation of my comment is so clever. Aren't you just a ray of sunshine.

Agreed. I don't understand why some listeners just won't every album to exactly the same as the last. It's very confusing. :( Either way I think these guys have put out a ton of great music and I have no complaints.

They were both still great though. :)

What do you mean it's not Motion City? That literally makes 0 sense. Are you claiming that you are somehow more aware of who the people in MCS are than the people themselves? :)

Top comment says it all. I hated this this song on 1st listen but now I love it. Shows what multiple listens can do.

Eh, I'd say they peaked at "Commit This to Memory" and had "Even if it Kills Me" as a decent follow-up. Didn't care for "My Dinosaur Life" at all because it just came across as too pop-ish. This album seems...okay so far. Definitely not Motion City, though. Sounds more like the other generic alt rock groups out there today.

i actually thought "even if it kills me" was a much more complete album than "dinosaur life"

It's a bit mellower than I had come to expect, sounds like they are maturing - getting a little older. I guess I am too. Way to go guys.

i agree....good songs are good songs, despite what older fans (like myself) have come to expect from them......sometimes being too closed-minded to a bands "sound" makes you miss out on some great songs.....if they did the same thing everytime it'd be mundane...in conclusion = new album KICKS ASS

It's songs like this that make me feel Motion City has their own genre of music...

I love their new sound but am wondering if dinosaur life was their peak? I was expecting something different from it, and i also expected a new kinda sound, but this is still really good :)

Motion City Soundtrack has kept their long time fans on their toes with all of the past 3 albums, and as a long time fan, I love every bit of all of them.

I don't even care what people. Motion City Soundtrack will always be the best band alive. I love these guys, i can relate to almost every song they put out and it's awesome. This album has a different feel and tone to it but i love it. So chill and all over damn good.
