If you don't have any knowledge of Within Temptation or Sharon den Adel then you need to check out the following DVD's (most if not all are available in part or in full on here) - in order; 1. 'Mother Earth Tour' 2002ish, 2. 'Silent Force Tour' at Java Island 2005, 3. 'Black Symphony' 2008, 4. 'Let Us Burn' 2014 which has the AMAZING 'Elements' concert from 2012 and also the final 'Hydra' concert in Amsterdam in 2014. These concerts will blow your mind I guarantee! They show the evolution of a great band over their career, and how they have mastered EVERY form of symphonic,gothic and yes, mainstream rock and metal - they can do it all. Of course the band is fronted by in my opinion the most versatile mezzo-soprano ever to have graced a rock stage. Watching the beautiful Sharon sing with such a pure and bewitching voice is so damn moving it defies description. She can have you headbanging, bring tears to your eyes and joy to your soul all within ONE SONG - unbelievable! I also love her ability to provide almost a mini opera on stage at times - check out her interactions in 'Candles' from 'Elements' with growler George Oosthoek from 'Orphanage' - a true Beauty and the Beast moment that's unforgettable! Anyway, I'm raving, but seriously do yourself the ultimate favor and watch this stuff. I'm sure afterwards you'll do what I did and order every Blu-Ray and DVD,CD from eBay or Amazon you can, while you can get it. If you end up loving them as I do, tell anyone you can about this truly magnificent singer and band!!! Cheers!!!
