Saw em for free in 93, saw em at Letterman for free, paid 30$ in 95 to see em at the warfield. Second sets were crazy, sax guy would play two saxophones at the same time and it was the loudest thing I ever heard.

Actually I think Nicky might sound more like Frog Brigade than Morphine... they do have a lot of bass, but more of a Claypool sound than Sandman's
