Samarkhand The Golden, the opening track of Morgan's first album, "Nova Solis". Morgan features Morgan Fisher on keyboards and Tim Staffell (ex-Smile, the band who became Queen after Tim left the band) on vocals and acoustic guitar. "Nova Solis" was released in 1972. I made up this video using some space images and artistic conceptions, as I think they give the space feeling of the whole album and the song.

Yes, Morgan Fisher played piano and keyboards for Queen on the European leg of the 1982 Hot Space Tour.

There's a good interview on with Morgan on Utube (Cherry Records), where he talks about, among other things, the making of this album with Tim. I didn't realise that Morgan actually played keyboards for queen at one point in their career briefly

So stay tuned, I'll upload the other songs from "Nova Solis" and from their second album, "Brown Out" which was released in 1973. Tim Staffell has one of the most beautiful rock voices ever. One of my top 10, along with Freddie Mercury, David Coverdale, Ronnie James Dio, Rob Halford and others.

never heard this before! Very much a sound of the 70s. Would love to hear more from Nova Solis as i'm a fan of the voice of Tim Staffell.
