Disco fue bastante criticado en su tiempo, ya que mostró un cambio ostensible en su estilo, abandonando el rock àcido y la psicodelia y menos blues en su mùsica, sin embargo, tiene excelentes canciones que merecen ser escuchadas y que hacen de Moby Grape a una de las mejores bandas de la Costa Oeste de San Francisco. Quizàs sus primeros tres discos (principalmente el primero) y tambièn Granite Creek de 1970 fueron sus mejores trabajos. Moby Grape quedarà en el recuerdo del mejor rock clàsico
