I got here because this song plays at the store I work at, and if you're like me and had never heard of the song before, or knew what it was about. All you hear is, feed me Diamonds.. and well.. that sounds VERY strange!!!!! But now that I know what the story is about, it makes a bit more sense. But it's still a weird metaphor.. especially if you don't know whats going on. I thought it was about some crazy girl who wants to eat diamonds because she's rich.. but it has nothing to do with that at all.. lol.8 years ago
