I don't think you understand music, if I feel depressed, I'll listen to a song of Manson's because it makes me feel better, because in many of his songs, the lyrics strike a chord with me, I feel that Manson understands how I feel and that makes me feel better. Also, who are you so say he's never depressed? Why because he has money? So? Do you only look at external things? Why can't depression come from within? Did you even consider that?
