I kinda feel sorry for Sunset Shimmer having to go through all that during the transformation. I understand it's her fault that she had to go through that for putting it on and stealing in the first place but I've seen villians do things that are much more terrible than Sunset Shimmer has done. Like for example Regina cursed an entire kingdom just because her stepdaughter told a secret and Starlight Glimmer manpulated an entire village into giving up their talents.

Interestingly enough Sunset's "Demon" Form actually bears a strong resemblance to the Real World Mythological Female Demon-like Creature known as the Succubus, where as the Male Equivalent is known as the Incubus, which makes me wonder if there have been any other Succubi & Incubi in Equestrian Legends.
