You know, I'm so happy that Miyavi got the recognition he deserves after the Unbroken film. But I can't help but feel like "ugh" towards all the new fans that are here solely because of that movie. He is more than just an actor to us CoMiyavis. Miyavi is like family to us. We literally grew up with him over the past 15 years now. We saw him start out in Dué le quartz, watched him grow into the eccentric genres he creates (ORESAMA anyone?), saw him collaborate with Yoshiki, SUGIZO, and Gackt (Whatever happened to S.K.I.N btw??), saw him become a father, we cried and laughed with him...so I'm like REALLY overprotective of him now. Again I don't want to sound over the top but you guys know what I mean, don't you??? (T-T)

I found out Miyavi's in Unbroken just now because of the comments. I guess I'll be reading this on every one of his music videos for years to come, which is a real shame.It's not, "Miyavi, the guy from Unbroken makes music," it's, "world-famous Japanese guitarist, singer, and songwriter Miyavi graces Unbroken with his unbridled glory."
