I do prefer the old sounds. But this is still a great album. They didn't sell out like Attila. I like it still, and they dont sound like lil girls with their cleans,asfar as Im concerned a good album, great, actually. Just not as good as monument or at heart in my opinion.9 years ago

Every album so far I've liked Levi's vocals more and more and I've liked Ryan's vocals less and less. His singing is alright but the melodies on many of the songs on this new album just dont feel right. Im not a famnof those melodies.9 years ago

I absolutely love AAFTW, couldn't really enjoy the next 2 albums, then MMI blew my mind with this album. Of course it's very based on tastes, but I feel both the cleans and growls are so much better in Rise of the Lion than the last 2 albums. Great work guys!!!10 years ago

Just remember, Levi is unique with his voice, you can understand what he is actually screaming. Just saw them for the 2nd time last night at a small venue for their "up close n personal" tour and CD release. I have to say it was 100x better than when we saw them 8 months ago in a bigger venue with 5FDP- They straight tore shit up last night. No security, people stage jumping and it was how every metal show should be \m/10 years ago
