I saw Danzig do a Misfits-set this summer with Doyle. It was fucking amazing. I've never had a chance to see Graves, but Danzig sure as hell put on a good show.

You gotta figure that the Misfits w/ Graves is Only's vision of what the Misfits are. As compared to the late70s/early80s Misfits where it was both Danzig & Only who were always butting heads about things. Face it, people can hate all they want on Only for being a prick or whatever, but note where Danzig went with his career and it wasn't doing Monster Mash horror. It's really hard to compare the two cuz the band had different goals and energies. Too bad Graves caved in to the haters.

don't care for newer misfits, but their old stuff (like Astro Zombies, Die Die My Darling, Hollywood Babylon, that stuff) I like a lot more. bands change, and you aren't always gonna like what they change to, thats the case with me and the misfits, but I'm glad I enjoy their old stuff.
