Revisiting this song after a few years and just can't resist the intense shredding skills of Scaccia & Victor...I hope Hillary uses this song as her campaign theme...hey, even the GOP primary can soak in this catchy opus, it's the perfect neutral politically non-partisan song lyrically cuz Al's not specifying who the clowns on capital hill are...I think that's the point: Don't matter who's there, they all be heinous clowns!

the music is chunky & delicious, his voice is crisp & coherent but then the lyrics r like unbelievable~its like 80s Kiss morphed w/Spinal Tap but Ian Mackaye (Fugazi, Minor Threat) is conductor of this diabolique orchestra~its so fuckin heinously bad that its absolute bliss...just priceless, a thing of sheer beauty!
