'95 or '96, I can't remember specifically which (and am too lazy to go dig out my actual CD, since I've got it ripped and safely ensconced on HDD, external, and 2 different MP3 players, with the rest of my music). And no, it's long out of print, and was a limited release in the first place (Europe only, I believe). Friend of mine saw a re-issue of it in the mid-2000s, he said, though, so coupled with the fact that nobody seems to know it exists, you might luck out on Amazon or eBay?
