Bloomers had trouble expressing himself. He keeps falling back on clichés and fill words, like 'man' and 'you know'. Groovey cool uptight outta sight. He was a talented guitarist, but here, he's playing the same stodgy licks he spread all over Dylans album Highway 61 Revisited.
