I'm not bashing these games! And frankly I don't care if younger kids play, I'm just trying to make a point that sexuality is alowed in kids games such as this, and how the world is filled with censorship, age ratings and what not, raaah.

It's an "anyone" game. In fact, it's likely more of an adult game because it appeals mainly to the kind of gamers who grew up with the older-school 8-16bit era games the gameplay is largely based off. I'd say the chief target age range for this game if I were to ballpark it would be something like 16-24.
