Such an important band in Australian history. Raw, honest, powerful. Where on earth have bands like this gone? The dribble that we're fed today is pointless and awful. Thank god for the Oils, AC/DC, the Angels, Cold Chisel and so on.

Hm, I think he was just another pawn in the labor party. He had zero impact. Labor's education policies were pretty stupid. Throwing more money at education doesn't achieve anything. We are constantly spending more on education and standards are dropping all the time. Labor was good at throwing money at stuff. In the public eye this usually works because people are ignorant.
