HI Michelle, I discovered your amazing voice a few years back (I live in the Uk so country music is hard to come by!) was so taken by the soulfulness of your songs and then i heard this.....OMG, I was given up for adoption and this song says it all....so poignant and always brings tears to my eyes..... someone in the know wrote this and you can feel their pain.I did find my real mum a few years ago and played her this and it has always been our song.....Thankyou for a wonderfully moving rendition

Michelle was such an underrated, underappreciated music artist. She never got the recognition she truly deserved. Michelle has one of the best voices in Country Music....period. So smooth and soulful. I have been a fan of hers since her first single hit the (radio) airwaves back in the day. Oh, how the time has flown by. Michelle IS a PHENOMENAL entertainer/performer/singer. :-)
