... man... they brought this Tour to Manila back in the mid-80s... and Michael & Amy sang to a Near Empty Araneta Coliseum... SAD, really (the promoters of the concert did a Really BAD job promoting it! sheeesh). BUT those of US who were THERE TOTALLY HAD A BLAST... Gary V. was there too. It WAS a Totally AWESOME Evening!!

I saw Amy in concert for the first time at Massy Hall in Toronto in 1984. Fourteen concerts later I still enjoy seeing her live as much at the first time. I was lucky enough to meet her after show at Maple Leaf Gardens in 1988. She is just as nice in person as she seems on stage or on television.

@nigamyd , no argument re God's forgiveness for ALL sins committed to those trusting in Jesus Christ as Savior/Lord. You missed the point insofar as Christian celebs incure a greater circumspection of their life before 'so great a cloud of witnesses'; Amy knows this, yet plowed ahead in her career knowing it would be a crash landing, defaming name of her Lord & giving mixed messages to the unsaved world. Her comments while still married about Vince being 'yummy' don't help further the Gospel.

Great song! Too bad Amy doesn't believe the lyrics though (ref Amy Grant, Wikipedia, 'Personal Life', 'Pulic views & perception"). Sadly, hypocricy of this level from 'Christian' artists does more harm to the cause of Christ than anything else. Pray for her...
