I'm surprised that Paul Simon didn't sue Penn for plagiarism just like Bright Tunes did to George Harrison in the 1970's. Unfortuneately this Michael Penn song does sound very similar to the 1968 Simon and Garfunkel song America.

@HurricaneSam1974 It's a hard video to come by these days. The video was directed by the Quay brothers. The cat was incredible. I actually found the video on Yahoo Rhapsody a couple of years ago. Hope its still there.
