If you're talking about the higher pitched end, it IS micheal but its from the rehersal to my knowledge. I saw it somewhere else for this is it.

It has to be Michael singing because the lyrics at the end are entirely different, and why would a hoaxer go to that trouble instead of just singing the original differently, just my theory. It could be that the back end is the demo and it was spliced onto the actual song, but i'd bet my house on that being Michael.

On second listen, its very clear that this is the Album version up to 3mins approx and some 'fan' has spliced in a demo sung by someone other than Michael Jackson. Poor and distasteful.
