"Departure" es el tema que abre el LP Eclipse (Windspell Records, 1982), el tercer álbum del músico electrónico estadounidense Michael Garrison (1956-2004), muy influenciado por Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream y Klaus Schulze. El álbum fue grabado en el estudio privado del músico en Bend, Oregon. "Departure" apareció en formato single en 1983 en el sello Ariola, constituyendo el segundo y último single lanzado en la carrera del músico.
