Isaiah 62:4 "Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.""Hephzibah" means "My delight is in her", and is in reference to the marriage. Within the new name is stating that Jesus Christ is pleased with you. The name "Beulah" means "married" in the Hebrew tongue, and the land that God holds dear will be joined unto Him. There is a wedding coming very soon, and God shall rename those that love Him and have not taken another husband to wed prior to that day. Quite obviously God is not going to rename those that don't love Him enough to read and study His Word to know the difference between the True Christ and the fake, who is Satan. Those that take the mark of the beast will not even be a delight to be around.

PLEASE correct the name of this hymn! it is "Sweet Beulah Land". The name Beulah Land was taken in 1875 by the beautiful Edgar Stiles hymn that was the theme of the movie Sergeant York. And the dozens of misnamed hymns like yours make it almost impossible to find the real one.

I have Bro. Bobby. It is true. Two days before my Father went home to be with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ , he came out of a coma- like state caused by cancer and talked about 10 minutes and told us about walking a trail going up on a beautiful mountain with a angel ( tall & strong man dressed in a white robe with white hair ) the man took him by the hand. Lot more to this. But after he told us, what I think God wanted us to know, he lapsed back into a semi-conscious state. We cried for joy !
