The effusive little sax-player does a good hen-picking-corn routine in the beginning there

What a beautiful tune! These guys are so unashamed and I love that! Every single note/stroke serves the music, the band context and not just the musician. These are true musical team mates, yet all virtuoso. I agree with the posters who pointed out that the bassist is awesome. Yep he is providing a fantastic, melodic, deep, singing, tasteful and grooving foundation, locked-in (as it should be) with drummer.

If this doesn't make you happy,I don't know what does. Great tune, great groove, just a fan of great music!

Please forgive me but that's the dumbest thing I heard in decades. Both the Bb tenor sax and the Eb alto sax are fantastic solo instruments if played well and fitting the range of the key/melody. The "big boy" (= the tenor) is used way more often as a solo instrument because it has a more full bodies tone and some leaps in the lower register of the Eb alto result in "honk" notes. Just look up some decent instrument range charts for pro arrangers ans you'll know.

as far as my uncle told me they all went to a musical conservatory of some sort. He knew them very well. But i could be wrong about the conservatory. Nice vids. thanks for posting.

@tengkusulaiman And Oskàr Gudjunnsson gives the message in a subtle, friendly way. "Could you adjust it a teeny weeny bit? That`s all, pal :)"

Great sax player but his clothing style is a great mismatch with all other band-members. Why did he lend his grandpa's jacket? And that shirt: I didn't know such strange one's were for sale.... Also another pair of spectacles would do fine
