Well, the thing is that Metallica's "Four Horsemen" lyrics are a lot better than "The Mechanix". In the other hand this version and Megadeth's version are heavier on the instrumental.

What Megadeth should do is re-record Mecanix with the vocals of "The Four Horsemen", that song would be awesome.. "The Four Mecanix"

So Mustaine's version is the one truest to the original... Hetfield's vocals are better but the guitar parts are better with Mustaine playing them.

I like both the Metallica and Megadeth versions, but I like Megadeth's better. I was always more in to speed metal than heavy metal.

@Metallica22best will in this vid/track i dont see any different. James is just louder in my opinion. And also the song was also written by Mustain like most of the early stuff. So how should James be better and heavier? And in my opinion metallica lost their Old-Style long ago with all the Load stuff. Megadeth also lost some cause of Daves voice but is still Heavy as fag

No it isn't you fucking moron. This is Metallica's demo tape from 1982, when Dave was still in the band. When Dave formed Megadeth he increased the tempo of this song and added an intro and called it "Mechanix."
