LYRICS:

I gotta see you moving fast

See you come my way

See the dreams, I hope they last

Never fade away.

Gotta see the lights above

Make it loud tonight

Gotta set it all a-fire

Set it all a-light

See the flashing lights

Hear the thunder roar

I am gonna set you all a-light

Gotta make it man

I ain't got a choice

Gotta fill this hall tonight

Helpless

Helpless

Helpless

Helpless

I don't what I'm gonna do

Maybe not tonight

Gotta set you all a-fire

Gotta treat you right.

I can see the flashing lights

Lit before your love, ohh

Gotta hear the thunder roar

Coming from above.

See the flashing lights

Hear the thunder roar

I'm gonna set you all alight

Gotta make it man

I ain't got no choice

Gotta fill this hall tonight

Helpless

Helpless

Helpless

Helpless

I can see the stars

I can see what's going on

Every night alone

I sing my song just for fun.

Only time will tell

If I'll make it myself someday

This stage is mine

Music is my destiny.

Cannot squeeze the life from me!

I can see the lights

but I can see what's going on

Every night alone

I sing my song just for fun.

Business in collapse

Some men don't like it so

Helpless maybe babe,

but you can leave or join the show.

Cannot squeeze the life from me!

Dave Mustaine never did any vocals in Metallica - PERIOD, not even the backing vocals. Get over it "fan girls/boys" or should i say, posers, since you apparently haven't ever read anything else then YT comment sections in your damn life. Go read a book or something on the subject of Metallica that includes early days. There are many books. Dave him self claims he never did vocals in Metallica. THIS HERE IS JAMES, THAT IS HOW HE SOUNDED! End of story. To the guy saying this is Sean Harris singing - you must be retarded, since Metallica and Sean lived on 2 different parts of the world and still do and haven't met for a long time since they started playing music.

this sounds great. Punk fans will always love their early stuff more than the stadium metal they turned into later on.

It´s probably Dave, or am I right folks? Or is the description right? Have read that Dave used to do the vocals, James didn´t want to sing at start but kinda had to when Mustain left.

Its a demo from 1982, of the greatest Thrash band playing a Diamond Head classic with crazy youthful vigor! I mean they recorded it on a 4 track in McGovney's garage, it is not supposed to be Grammy award winning production here. Come on man you need to get a life! It is amazing to hear their roots and I personally think its awesome!

dude... the mix is better than kill 'em all...the bass is loud enough. they had a different understanding back then i guess. cuz minus the vocals, this is good.

This sucks. I don't understand all the praise this from you guys, the singing is horrible as are the drums, and your god "Davie Crocket Mustaine" doesn't even have a solo break. It's a cool little relic, but it isn't good.
