I don't need an effects loop on my deluxe reverb so I don't see why this needs one either. The Strat sounds amazing through that little sucker. I need to buy one.

right, I m looking at getting one of these but Im holding back because it doesnt have an FX loop. Not having an FX loop I think that was a big mistake. So the question is: is it a MUST to have an FX loop? Like most guys I do use echo. I only play at home though. I ve looked at the mini rectifier as an option with an FX loop but Im told they sound very different to the TA series.

@Yamahabmxer1 Tubes don't 'break' in the way you seem to mean, but they do die after a while. How long depends on how often you use them, how hot your amp is biased, and what kind/quality of tube they are. Typically, you can trust them to last at least 7 or 8 months. The way you tell is that your sound gets super weak/stops existing after the tubes have blown/died. Tubes really sound best just before they die.

yes, that would be awesome, and also, a mini road king style dual amp type that has a mini dual rec with a mini TA15 in one chassis.

I wish Mesa would release a "Mini Mark V"... in 1/5/15W ;)

Would look at home in my mom's chrome-plated 1950s kitchen.

@domdabombabc dont forget that buying a mesa amp is like buying a mercedes. you pay half the price for the brand name.
