Wonderful version! a delight. Sounds like an accordion (harmonica) throughout the song. Its a great touch! Which instrument is it and who is playing it? Also, the video appears to be a mix from two different songs. In the beginning of the video, the fiddler behind Merle shows a guy with black hair and a mustache wearing a brown vest; later, the fiddler turns into a clean shaven dude with slicked back brown hair, only to change back to the mustached guy at the end of the song.
