Elated I stubled onto this film. Youtube is perfect for this form of info. My homeboy was previously bullied. He stated he was planning to grow muscle and strength. I laughed... But then within a few weeks he added 40lbs of genuine lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - Google it. They didn't really. One guy left to do Ramona Falls and the others have a new album coming called "Moms". One half of it is about one singer's mom and the other half is about the other's dad. Yeah, I don't get the title either.
