Just to explain a bit more about this tron....now that I'm satisfied (& very pleased) that this project has turned out so well and it isn't a turkey I can explain that it isn't an original MkII. It's a rebuild made from some original spare parts (supplied by Streetly Electronics and Markus Resch at Mellotron.com) combined with other parts acquired or made by myself - hence no serial number. That is why you may have seen it in previous videos without it's cabinet as I had to make one for it. For me it was the only way I could own a MkII.

Hi Hessel , Streetly and Markus Resch helped with parts and advice for which I'm very grateful.

No it's been sprayed black. See my previous video of Genesis' s Seven Stones to see it out of it's cabinet.

Hi, Thanks for the nice comments. The tron is mostly still of original design but the power amps are modern kits and the reverb units off the shelf digital units. The MkII had spring reverb on the right keyboard only but I wanted reverb on both sides so I added 2 units. The right hand is controlled by the main reverb knob on the panel and the left is by a hidden knob in a recessed hole under the key box.
