I'm still listening to this, I am really tripping out with old memories while this plays. I can understand why the GI's are talking about this. When I was in Vietnam I listened to Hank Williams. Gene Audrey, Roy Rogers ETC. I am listening for the 10th time.

love this song, when I had this on tape I back tracked to the song so often the tape broke. I could never remember the name Stateside. It took me 30 years too find this. I am so happy I've listened to this 4 or 5 times in a row just now. thank you very much
