intact, much like it is on the remix. But this was not
the case on the original final mix. Throughout the
song you can hear how Paul was struggling with levels
and effects being totally out of control and all over
the place. Guitars are moving back and forth and I
doubt that was what he was trying to achieve.
This was a beautiful instrumental and I feel I
finally got it on the remix, but it is obvious how hard
it was to keep up with this much movement without
the automation that we have in the studios today.

@RattleheadXI This album does sound better remastered. Guitars have more on a sonic assault on the ears. The drums are very clear. People say that the drum tracks were lost so had to be re-recorded. These alternate mixes are so kick ass. They sound raw. The old analog equipment and guitars and all that is nice. Analog sound all the way! Nothing wrong with digital but i think that record companies ought to please us vinyl record loving fans and re-issue first 4 MD albums on vinyl record!14 years ago

Yeah, actually they are. In order to find his Finnish descent, you have to go all the way to the 1900th century. I've heard the surname "Mustonen" was changed to Mustaine, while them moving to France. Then later the family travelled to North -America ( Canada or US ). Other side of his family can well be Irish. Haven't paid attention to that side.14 years ago
