To all you idiots out there that are saying that this was a cover of Nirvana, or that Kurt did a better version of the song, just remember; THIS band wrote the song and THIS singer is the one who could hit the notes correctly and play the guitar at the same time.Kurt just sat there (no guitar) and squeaked his voice a bunch until the song was over.

At the minute 1.55 starts the magic. The end of the song is so beautiful, but in this version is even better. I love it!

sorry vocals ... youre too old to be singing high. leave that for the young'uns. sorry. you nailed it on guitar tho. bass and drums had the pocket the whole time.

Lead singer don't look so B.A. 20 years later. Think it's funny he was flipping people off at the unplugged concert.

awesome song... too bad about the drummer who's either high as hell, or just starting out... 100% no feel at all. Robot style.

@Toobaluba i know why you're saying that but it just seems like lazy journalism. They were highly derivative musically but so are most groups that ever make a big name as consumers en masse like what they already know. you can't say they only did a few good songs, kurt wrote some provocative songs lyrically and was pretty good melodically, and had a voice that people liked. there are a lot of notable tracks for the band's short lifespan, decent albums, and yes he had exquisite taste in covering meat puppets and others. so what if a song is in 4/4 time and has two chords all the way through?

These guys do too much heroin. Nobody would even know who they were if not for Kurt Cobain being so influenced by them.
